Apr. 8th, 2007 06:54 pmSix and a half weeks of chocolate starvation are over. EGGS, EGGS, GLORIOUS EGGS!!
Went to Andover New Street. The girls won 4-1 with a workmanlike performance; Jodie came on as sub and did a sterling job in defence. One of my favourite away venues, as they sell Magners and we get given sausage and chips after the match. As I left Rob, Lisa and Jade all said 'thanks for coming' - Jade even added 'Happy Easter' - and there was genuine warmth in the goodbyes of many of the girls.
Happy Easter indeed.
