eiffel_71To Powder Monkey Park for Fleetlands v Ringwood Town. Gemma the barmaid knows me now. She had one can of Drunken Sailor left when I arrived.
Mark and Lynn were both stewarding on the path between the clubhouse and the seats behind the goal, both said hello. Fleetlands went in at half time two up, only for Ringwood to score twice by the 76 minute mark. With five minutes left and a draw looming, Dale Mason drilled in a low shot to put the Coptermen back ahead and then George Gregory made sure of the points with a stunning volley.
A fantastic showing against one of the division’s fancied sides. It’s shaping up to be an interesting season.
