eiffel_71Since January 4th it's been detox and lockdown, occasionally popping into the office just collect the post and do stuff I can only do on the computers there. Following Nightingales and May To December on Forces TV. Following the progress of my London City Lionesses, now winning games after a barren spell! Becoming a voter on Delux Gold Radio's Chart of Gold, avidly following the progress of the voting on the Facebook group all week and listening rapt to the new chart countdown every Sunday.
Went for hypertension review today. Joy - 122/80, my best result since being diagnosed in 2012.
Toasting the end of six and a half weeks of detox with a Roses For The Dead, our own Gosport microbrewery Fallen Acorn's special Valentine's issue imperial stout.
