The tub of Manager's Mix was back on the nibbles table today, together with a bag of Italian Arrabiatta World Cup crisps :)))

For my break this afternoon, I felt like some time alone, and getting some fresh air, so went out to sit on a bench in the courtyard. No sooner had I sat down than Sarah #1 stuck her head out of the window and shouted across to me, asking why I was out there. I walked over and told her I was catching some fresh air. She said "But it's too cold."

"It's pleasantly cool," I replied. (And she is from Manchester!!)

"I'll let you off," she laughed, and her head disappeared back inside. Fruitcase.

Some folk just don't understand the pleasure of sitting outdoors regardless of the lack of blazing hot sunshine.

Good for you, anyway- your lungs will thank you for it.
