Uh-oh. What have you done? Have you been doing heavy lifting or jarred your shoulder in some way? If so you could have torn a tendon and/or caused a rotator cuff injury. Or it could be bursitis (inflammation). Will you go to the doctor's and have an Xray done? Listen to me go on. Being a nurse has its hazards (for other people). XD

I've no idea where it came from, just woke up with it this morning. Possibly stretching to use a mouse at long distance; maybe aggravation of my January muscle strain. Will try and get an appointment if it's no better Friday.

Good idea to wait a bit then seek treatment Friday if it doesn't get better. Hope you have a good night's sleep.
