I seem to have a cold coming on :(

Driving lesson this morning. Open road driving not bad except for a narrow leafy back road in Lee-on-Solent where I kept veering into the trees, and Peter said at the end that I needed to assess the situation at roundabouts earlier. Turn in the road an absolute horlicks, including stalling in the middle through lack of applying the gas - so bad that I had to do another straight after. That time the only place I went wrong was starting the rightward steering at the end of the first leg too early. Off centre with the bay park thanks to misjudging my starting point, though Peter did tell me how to rectify your position halfway through if needed. Zig-zagged all the way down the straight on the reverse round a corner. Never mind - Peter says next week we'll do a mock test...

Heading for Westleigh Park now to arrive early for the Dover match, as we're expecting a big crowd.
