Having changed work location, today I got a visit from Ade, the Health & Safety Officer, for a 'Risk Assessment'. This consisted of me filling in an online questionnaire - when I ticked yes to 'Is the temperature in your place of work satisfactory?' Ade asked me "Does that just mean it's nicer than in the telephone unit? Not many people put yes to that one" - then Ade giving me a talk about posture. The two pieces of advice he said were most important were, referring to head and wrist placing and movements, not to be a 'nodding dog' or 'Tommy Cooper'.

Got to go water the plants.
