Detox

Woke up at 3.45 this morning in agony from stomach rot. Didn't get any better. Phoned in sick. Went to the surgery for triage and saw the practice nurse, who told me to drink plenty of water and eat only bland food for the rest of the day - plain bread, rice, plain chicken - and avoid dairy products.

Seem to be settling a little, fingers crossed.
