Driving lesson. On the open road I was hit-and-miss today, but Peter reckons a lot of students' driving gets worse when they have colds and other ailments. He pointed out I've also started putting too much steering on by doing it two-handed again and reminded me to go back to pull-push; and I've been waiting too late to move out round parked cars and cyclists, doing big swerves as a result. Did a good bay park, a passable turn in the road and (at the second time of asking) an OK reverse round a corner though.

I'd hoped my cold would have pushed off by today, then I'd have gone to see the Academy boys play at Westleigh Park tonight, but my nose remains blocked, so I guess I'll be spending the evening tackling my e-mail mountain.
