eiffel_71Poor Kim #2 had a cold today, so warned us to keep our distance from her.
At about 1 pm we got visited by some people from elsewhere in the office, rattling tins collecting for Children In Need - including a woman in some sort of clown suit, and a man dressed in a shiny red leotard with the Swiss flag on with a football stuffed down his front! Sue #3 actually told the person she was interviewing (who seemed to be a chatterbox anyway) about their arrival, referring to the bloke as "a pregnant footballer".
Later, when I passed the front desk en route to a mini-break Kim #2 was on duty, so I asked her how she was now. "Yukky," she said, and added "Don't worry, I'll take it out on the kids tonight. I wouldn't take it out on you." And she smiled.
