From being not bad three lessons ago, my driving has gone to absolute shite. I might have recovered from the car careering out of control when I mistakenly went into fourth gear instead of second to turn, but after, at a later right turn, I managed to do something wrong - I'm not quite sure what - when dropping down to first while waiting for a car to pass that led to me stalling, it became one of those days when absolutely everything went wrong, topped off by kerb-hugging when I pulled over to stop at the very finish. Peter was able to point out a couple of habitual mistakes I was making, but he's as mystified by my descent into crapness as me. His proposed solution is more work on the hazard drill, and more push-pull steering practice in the car park.
