It's Raining Again
Oct. 14th, 2018 08:34 pmSet off this morning to see Leyton Orient Women at Cambridge. The rain came down and down. The bus was at Bedford when a tweet came from Orient that the game was off because of a waterlogged pitch.
Half hour wait there for a bus back to MK. Cheesed off and wet, I headed for Five Guys for lunch.
Bus back home. Still the rain came down. Tuned to 6 Music for the programme about The Beatles' White Album then found myself needing a grandad nap. Oh dear.
Caught up on last week's Dr Who, watched this week's.
Katie's just been evicted from Strictly 😢 Gutted.
What a washout. The one bright spot was getting a follow back from the gorgeous Emma from Absolutely Ascot.
