Last physio session. After some arm raising exercises, Ajay said my shoulder is now at full range and that the lingering pain is in the muscle, and to treat that with ice packs. He did a bit of heavy pressing on my back and manipulation on my spine till it made a click. Then he showed me how to do stretching exercises leaning forward with my hands on the door frame, told me to do those and the other exercises for a month - and to watch out for my posture (I was at that moment standing with my shoulders sloping forward, so promptly put them back.)
