Back to the surgery this morning for an update. Good news - my blood test was all clear, and blood pressure down into the normal range. The message was literally "Just keep taking the tablets."

With both Simon and Bev taking today as holiday, Melissa and I were left to do today's workload on our own. Maria brought in some carrot cakes and a little tub full of leftover Fox's biscuits for us "to keep us going," and said "thanks for all your hard work" as I said goodbye.
