My last day with my usual team before moving on secondment to another department for the whole of September, so brought some nibbles in. The lemon cheesecake cakes were a hit with Melissa who asked where I'd got them from (Lidl of course). Demelza, who was off sick last week, hadn't heard about my loan move and was a bit shocked to learn today - she firmly instructed me to email her regularly to keep in touch. I reminded her that we're at a Listening Lunch together on Friday.

Terrible trouble with my hay fever all day. Either the virus has developed a mutation resistant to Benadryl, or it was caused by dust from the building work outside coming through the windows, which were open most of the day because of the hot weather. Hope it's the latter.
