Being St Patrick's Day, the canteen menu had a bit of an Irish flavour. The beef and Guinness sausages were very tasty, but although something called 'Colcannon' was advertised on the side-vegetable menu it was nowhere to be seen on the serving hatch. Granted, it may have been so popular that there was none left by the time I arrived just after 1pm. In place of Colcannon was...spuds. Well, I guess they have a traditional link with Ireland, and they did come with a piece of cress in the shape of a shamrock...
