Hawk girls came from behind to beat a strong Forest Green side 3-1 and keep the title dream alive. From there, went on to meet my cousin Steve for a few jars to celebrate his son Craig's 18th. Didn't actually get to wish Craig a happy birthday in person, as he'd "just popped out" when I arrived and still hadn't returned when I left two hours later, but did get to enjoy a few jars with Steve and witness the spectacle of him licking the wife of one of his friends (said friend gave him a warning the second time, not that Steve was bothered). Steve was particularly delighted with Portsmouth's performance yesterday, not just because he's a Portsmouth fan but also because he'd had a few quid on them to win 4-1 so collected a tidy packet. No wonder he insisted on buying most of my drinks...
