Chris mentioned first thing this morning that she's coming down with a cold, so perhaps my failings weren't the cause of her sounding fed up after all...

We had a team meeting with our medical expert from London today, with cups of first-class coffee and biscuits provided :)

The shuttle bus again didn't show up; we're starting to think it's been scrapped a fortnight ahead of schedule, which is a nuisance. At least the regular service was only a minute adrift today.
