Despite Smiley Scouse Sarah's promise that under my new contract renewal I'd be paying half price for the next year, my bill arrived this morning and I've been charged full whack. Phoned their customer service centre: got an Asian guy who, after a pause to look something up, confirmed that I'd been overcharged and promised to refund the deficit next month...
