Apr. 11th, 2009 03:53 pmI usually dread Saturday shifts - had no choice but to work today, to make up the bank holiday - but after one lairy youth in the first hour who decided, on behalf of his whole family, to repel all requests to continue the survey with aggressive repetitions of "Can we just drop it?" the rest of the time was painless.
