Jul. 14th, 2008 10:14 pmHome from work to find my follow-up complaint to Vodafone via their website had paid dividends. A chap in customer service has offered to arrange a refund to my bank account within 8 to 10 days. Guess I just might not be looking for a new mobile phone provider next May after all.
