Oct. 8th, 2007 11:40 pmIn a new innovation, we all came off the phones at 8.55 tonight to go to the coffee lounge for a 'Briefing'. This consisted of a couple of supervisors giving us a few words of advice on points that had arisen regarding how we carry out the surveys, and provided an opportunity for people to ask questions about any tricky points. It went OK, and lasted until 9.15 when most people finish their shift - so most of those around me had nothing left to do but go home. But some, like yours truly, had to go back on the phones for a quarter of an hour - and get someone demanding "Is it normal practice to phone people this late at night?"
