An hour into the shift, I went to the new supervisors' area to request an appointment and was told I was on the wrong scheduler. The days of each of us 'belonging' on a permanent basis to A, B, C or D scheduler are over. Now we have to report to the team leaders at the top of the shift and be assigned a letter for that shift only. It really is all change.

At Fareham bus station the 82 bus due at 3.15 simply failed to show up. I was really not in the mood for an extra twenty minutes hanging around the bus station, with the rain bucketing down all around (though the waiting area is, thank goodness, under cover). Finally at 3.27 I just hopped on an 86 - though it goes all round the houses, at least I was moving, and dodged the A32 traffic.
