Nov. 22nd, 2006 04:45 pmStraight after breakfast, finished the job, begun last night, of humping most of the stuff cluttering my bedroom into the spare room to make room for the TV aerial engineer to do his work.
The engineer turned up just after 1 pm. An hour and a half later, after overcoming a couple of technical hitches, he'd not only linked my portable to the roof aerial but got my digibox set up. No problem with any of the channels so far :)
Just finished humping all the stuff back into my bedroom, taking the opportunity to dump a few odds and ends that are no longer needed, and chuck some months-old magazines from organisations I belong to, that I'll never get round to reading, on the recycling pile. Now feet up for the evening.
