When I passed Lesley this morning she said excitedly "Are you voting him out?"
"I cast two votes," I grinned.
She and Sarah #3 told me how much they hated Sezer and really wanted him evicted. I was able to put smiles on their faces with the news that so far the Survey Monkey poll, which rarely misfires, has Sezer way out in front.
Not long after that I passed Lynda, who asked whether I was getting excited.
"About what?"
She meant the World Cup. She asked whether I still thought Germany would win; I said I now think France might do it. She said she wanted my absolute final prediction before the tournament started, then added "What about England?"
"Quarter-finals again," I said.
A bit later I came off a call to hear Sarah #4 talking about BB. She asked whether I'd voted; I said yes. She said how she liked Sezer and didn't know why everyone was slating him; she wanted him to stay for entertainment value. She wanted Lea out. Sarah was another who was surprised that I'm a Lisa fan - she doesn't like Lisa's smoking all over the House.
At 2.20 the computer threw me a two person household, and the man agreed to answer for both. Just after 2.30 Steve passed me a note asking whether I wanted him to take over to allow me to get the bus. I wrote back that I was OK as Sarah #2 was giving me a lift at 3.
Famous last words. I came off the phone at 2.50, entered my payclaim, shut down the workstation and cleared my stuff away, then walked round to Coding to learn Sarah #2 hadn't been in today. Thankfully, Steve was still there and agreed to give me a lift to Bridgemary, where he lives, thus halving my bus fare.
The strap on the bottom side of my new watch has come out for the second time in two days. Arsebiscuits.
