Bicycle Race

eiffel_71We had a room full of health-related stalls at the office today. Demelza and Melissa both signed up for a Pilates class. They persuaded me to have a go on an exercise bike, which wasn't an ordinary exercise bike. Before you rode, you chose fruit and juice ingredients for a smoothie, then the plastic cup was placed on a device attached to the bike, so your pedal power actually mixed the smoothie. I went for strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with apple juice. The smoothie wasn't bad - Demelza said "Bet it tastes better for putting the effort in."
When we got back to our desks, Bev was amused to hear that none of us had signed up for line dancing.
