Throat feels like razor blades. Today's shift was a little easier than yesterday's; I was unable to avoid coughing a couple of times during early interviews (fortunately the respondents didn't mind) but the rest of the time wasn't too bad, partly thanks to sucking Polos throughout (though keeping them at the side of my mouth, out of the way, while interviewing was a bit tricky).

Half an hour hanging around at the bus stop; a lady waiting with me said the bus was late because of a horrendous accident on the motorway. In Fareham went to TK Maxx to buy the new Comic Relief T-shirt.

Wrestling at the Thorngate this evening. Phil Powers was there as a loud-mouth heel again; his family-friendly trash talking always makes me smile, like when he told the audience they should be coming to the front of the stage in homage to him and tag partner The Ninja and "kissing our goddam feet". LMAO! I appreciate he didn't want to say arses with wee kids in the crowd, but why not "bums"?? The Flatliner provided most of the comedy again, drinking from water bottles then spraying powder from his mouth into the heels' faces, pulling down his tights and posing in a posing pouch, and chasing Phil Powers round the ring kicking him up the arse. The two raffle prizes I would have been interested in, a box of Mingles and a bottle of white wine, were the first two to be claimed; Sod's Law dictated that I would be the third winner. All that was left was an assortment of wrestling souvenirs, so I went for a poster of two lady wrestlers.
