Physio after work. Ajay did some pressing on my neck and the good side of my back and said my spine had resolved itself. Spent the rest of the half-hour stretching my bad shoulder muscle, and concluded that it's still tight but making progress, and told me to keep up the exercises as they're doing some good. Can't complain.
