Funny How

Spoke to Annalies on the phone on Tuesday, needing to get things off my chest. She asked where I might have left my lucky T-shirt; I said the hotel I stayed in in Milton Keynes in February. As Annalies lives in MK, she immediately offered to go there and ask the staff if they had it. With nothing to lose I agreed.

She phoned excitedly on Wednesday lunchtime to say they’d found it. It arrived in this morning’s post.

Thank goodness for old workplace friendships.
