Masterblaster (Jammin')

Been suffering with constipation since Thursday. I bought some Epsom salts from Boots on Saturday in the hope they'd do the trick, but although they've produced some results the constipation's still very much there, so went to the surgery today to see the practice nurse. She advised me to take more exercise, drink more water and fruit juice, and eat more fruit and vegetables. I mentioned that I'd heard from my past doctor in Gosport that bananas are supposed to keep things moving, and the nurse said any fruit or vegetables were fine. She prescribed me a poo-softening medicine in syrup form, then I had to sit in the waiting room for a while till she got a doctor to sign the prescription, before driving back to work.
