Under Pressure

Surgery yesterday evening to see the community health support nurse for my second blood pressure reading. 130 over 80, which she assured me was very good, so panic over, but I'll be keeping the exercise going to stay in that safe zone.

By the end of the evening my stomach ache had made an unwelcome return, and lingered on in dull form for much of today, but it appears to have died down - touch wood.
