Sep. 3rd, 2009 05:27 pmIt's Pam's 60th birthday (actually tomorrow, but she doesn't work Fridays) so this morning she treated us to a baker's box full of cakes. Demelza and I both went for a jam doughnut. She mused aloud "How am I going to eat this without getting jam all over the place?" I'd just that moment put that trick into practice myself, so I shared the secret with her : "You look round the outside for the jam node and eat that first." She protested "That takes all the fun out of it"...
Stunned to hear Angelina Love is gone from TNA. Incredible to think she just forgot to get the visa she needed, as a Canadian working in the US. Obviously I wish her all the best for the future, but can't help thinking about the TNA implications. Is this the end of the Beautiful People? Or will they have Velvet Sky and Madison Rayne making up, with Madison replacing Angelina in the BP? That sounds pretty good to me as the word is Madison's partner in the tag team tournament will be Roxxi - can't see that being a lasting team. Wish they'd sign up Luna - her and Madison, both spitting red liquid in opponents' faces, would be an awesome partnership. Oh, and put Madison in a Lithuania basketball uniform, since she never got her Hustler 74 one while she was in the BP...
