Driving lesson this morning. Open road driving went OK, apart from Peter telling me to come out of junctions quicker - "that car was a long way behind, now he's caught you up" - and not to come to a stationary wait if you can keep on creeping forward. Turns in the road not too bad; did a decent bay park, except I came a bit too far back and ended up jutting into the row behind. Reversed round the corner perfectly first time out, so Peter said straight away "Let's do another one and see whether that was a fluke." Alas, it seemed it was, as on the second try I mounted the pavement.
