Bah, I've caught a poxy cold (thank you very much, Kim #2). Also had quite a busy day on the phones; interviewing with my stuffy nose, and phlegm collecting in my throat, was a bit of a bind. Light relief was provided by the Children in Need Quiz: a few of the ladies said they needed my help with the Christmas song title questions, but none of them called on me in the end.
