Nov. 6th, 2008 05:46 pmHad to stay back after the end of the shift along with Sue #3 and three other people who'd done the dress rehearsal over the summer, for a feedback meeting with Lin. When Lin opened up by talking quite a bit about 'the business plan', I feared we'd be in for an hour's heavy going, but after she'd said a little bit about 'case management systems' we got down to an OK discussion about what had been good and what not so good about the dress rehearsal. The first item Lin brought up was 'selection' of people to work the dress rehearsal. Val pointed out that they never have enough - they always end up pulling people off the main survey to keep all the appointments - so I observed that they don't so much select as collect. That got a smile or two.
