(no subject)

Managed to eat breakfast this morning before hauling myself to the office. Still suffered a dull ache in my stomach all through the shift, but made it through to the end. Talking to Nicky in the coffee lounge while waiting for my bus, she said there was a stomach bug going round at the moment.

Had two ice creams on the way home with no apparent ill effects, but I'm not risking an evening meal.
