Still have the cold and cough, and this morning I woke up at 4.20 with gut rot. Dragged myself to work, where I got through the shift almost painlessly although my stomach continued to ache. Tania said it was a bug going round at the moment - quite a few of the girls were off sick with it, and Lorna and Carol both reckoned I ought to be in bed. But, having had Monday off sick, it didn't seem right to skive (and lose another day's pay) when I was capable of doing a shift comfortably.

Spent the bus journey home from Fareham drifting in and out of sleep - missed my stop and woke up outside Waitrose. Home to crash out until Airline came on ITV2.
