I knew it wasn't going to be Hawks' day when Hampton & Richmond scored with an admittedly good rocket shot (despite some protests that it was offside) in the 10th minute. Later in the first half Rocky Baptiste, who is having a nightmare lately, missed a sitter with a header, and on the stroke of half-time Rocky had a shot that clearly crossed the line before a defender cleared. Clearly, that is, to everyone except the referee. Hampton made it 2-0 on 75 minutes with what I have to say was a beautiful volley, then their sub was left unmarked on the edge of the box to cap a miserable afternoon just before the end.

Just walked up to the Co-op for a Sports Mail. Loads of fireworks going off, including a beautiful series of red and green ones coming from behind the Wiltshire Lamb.
