I put one of the big bars of Swiss chocolate on the nibbles table at about 10.45. When I went for coffee break just over an hour later there were just three squares left - I took one of them quick. Looks like the dieting craze hasn't quite swept the whole unit, though I have a strong suspicion that bloody Janet pigged most of it.

Carol, who wasn't in today, was one of the ladies who asked me to bring some chocolate back, so if she is in tomorrow I will offer her half the other bar - and I'm having the rest.

Spent an hour after dinner drawing up a seating plan for the Mayoral Installation Dinner; it took that long to produce an arrangement everybody could live with.
