Interview this afternoon. Had to hang around reception for a while as the gateman didn't get an answer straight away from the lady who was due to take me through to the interview room.

I was seen by a man and a lady, who took turns to ask me questions; as Sue and Mark had primed me, the interview focused on asking me to give examples of when I'd shown various skills and competencies. I had to think quickly on my feet a couple of times, but think I managed OK. It only lasted about a quarter of an hour, but I think that's because we covered everything they were wanting to know in that time.

Well, fingers crossed - I just hope I didn't blow it by reaching for a glass of water at the very beginning and taking regular sips...

Would you REALLY want to work for anyone that thinks "Hmmm sips in an interview...?"

Good luck!

Having done interview training and conducted interviews, this kind of interview is very common. As long as you answered all the questions fully and they didn't have to prompt you too much to get information, I'm sure you'll have done well.

Congratulations on your interview. It sounds like it went pretty well!
