In the car park at Westleigh this afternoon, saw a beautiful bright red 1964 Sunbeam Alpine in pristine condition. Unsurprisingly, a sticker at the top of the windscreen bore the logo of the Sunbeam Alpine Owners' Society.
Hawks took an early lead but had Ian Selley sent off soon after and went on to lose 2-1.
On my way back from getting a Sports Mail this evening, I saw a group of blokes cross the road, giving a round of applause to a driver who stopped for them, and go into the White Hart. All were dressed as nuns, except one, who was dressed as Elvis. Should be an interesting night there...
