Sue and Simon were discussing how we trainees are doing this morning - from what I could hear my progress seems to be satisfactory. From this week I now have the privilege of counting up my bundles and filling in the slips to say how many cases there are in each bundle and how long it took to code out. They're still being checked over for the time being, but today I was down to just two corrections per bundle :)
Sue informed me this afternoon that my postcoding days are over; the postcoders now have a full team. She said that with Demelza on holiday, I should have enough work to see me through this week, and intimated that next week I could be doing more cases on the computer - fingers crossed.
