Citation "By reason of rank unable to be considered for OBE" MBE ought to be for NCO types (not exact wording but you get the drift;)

We were listening to The Now Show driving back from Phoenix last night, I was pleased to hear that Lenny Henry got Knighted. The comedian did some excellent jokes on 'all X look alike.'
