Donned my Oranje shirt to mosey down to the White Hart for Holland v Scotland. We won 3-0, there didn't seem to be any Scots there, and two English blokes on the adjacent table also cheered the Dutch goals. My only gripe was the pub played loud music throughout the match - you don't do that when there's football on! As a result I didn't hear any commentary and still don't know why the Scottish goal was chalked off, though from the pictures I'm guessing the ref saw a foul of some kind. I could almost have forgiven them the music when one of my favourites, Wake Me Up by Girls Aloud, came on...but then the next track was Crazy Frog.

We're all obviously quite biased, but everyone i've spoken to think the goal should have stood. I honestly couldn't see anything wrong with it on any of the replays. Probably wouldn't have made a difference, but it'd have made us feel a bit better! Congrats though, Holland absolutely deserved to win...completely outclassed us.

Nice to see Robin Van Persie thump home a header from a corner, just like he never bloody does for the Arsenal.
