Torbjörn Engman has replied. He doesn't want payment for the CD single as it would be 'too expensive'; he's going to send me a complimentary copy, and adds "Just buy me a beer if we ever meet."

He has no idea I'm coming to Åland next month - I've replied offering to buy him that beer then...
